Features a smooth, non-porous 5:1 ratio airfoil shape designed to tuck cleanly behind the stem and reduce drag from headset spacers and the stem. It mounts directly to top-tube frame bosses (bolt-on) with a non-slip rubber base to prevent shifting or scratching the frame.
